The results are in: SAGE announces winners for Innovative Teaching in Social Work Education Award

SAGE publications and Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) is proud to announce the winners of our new Teaching in Social Work Education Award.

The following winners will be honored at the APM in Washington D.C. Nov 9-12, 2012:

Shari Miller, Assistant Professor, University of Georgia

Laurel Iverson Hitchcock, Assistant Professor, University of Montevallo

Two honorable mentions who received partial funding:

Samuel Aymer and Steve Burghardt, Hunter College

Nadine Bean, Associate Professor, West Chester University

These outstanding professors were selected based on their use of cyber communications/technology, reflective practices and promoting inclusion.
