Students, parents, and affirmative action supporters rallied on the steps of the Supreme Court today to make a statement about diversity and opportunity in U.S. universities. The first U.S. Supreme Court challenge to affirmative action since 2003, Fisher v. Texas, is likely to make bring about an important decision on whether or not it is constitutional to consider race when making admissions decisions for university students.
