Friday, April 12 – 8:30-9:30am, Rooms 104-106

What can the pathways forged by today’s scholars on the Internet tell us about information-seeking behavior? What does a holistic view into that behavior tell us about how we might optimize discoverability? The existing literature focuses on isolated points in the workflow, not the full picture. Based on original research, come listen to SAGE’s Lettie Conrad and Dr. Mary Somerville of the University of Colorado, Denver present a paper that chart’s discovery pathways of advanced social science researchers, drawing conclusions about our services to the academic community in their research.
